Alcohol drinking is regarded as a social lubricant. It is always present in social gatherings. High consumption of alcohol causes harm to the body. It has acute and chronic effects to the body. Since alcohol alters a person’s sensory ability, he may have lack of judgment making him prone to harmful situations like accidents.
When a person consumes alcohol exceeds the tolerated alcohol level of the body, he can suffer from alcohol intoxication. His mental and motor functions may be impaired. At times the person can be in a deep sleep because alcohol is depresses the function of some of the parts of the brain. it is important that you evaluate yourself when drinking alcoholic beverages to avoid unwanted situation. Drink moderately.

As a parent, a part of your responsibility to your child is to teach him how to stay healthy. The younger they are the easier for you to train them. Their unhealthy choices and behaviors when they are young can be bad habits and be carried on as they grow older. Be sure that when you teach them set a good example by being their role model.
Most of the problems that parents may encounter are poor nutrition and physical inactivity. Children tend to eat foods that have no nutrient content like junk foods and sodas. Instead of eating that you should encourage them to eat fruits and vegetable and increase their water intake. Serve foods with garnishing so that you can attract your children to eat the food. also engage your children and sports also limit video games and watching TV. These activities do not promote exercise.
