Feeling of stress is a mechanism of the body to detect anxiety. Physical symptoms include anxiety, worry, diarrhea, back pain, increase blood pressure, perspiration, being uptight, scared, etc.

Stress can cause health problems when not handled correctly but how a person deals with it what matters. Each person has his own way in coping to stress. The earlier a problem is resolved the better. If it is not possible to control a situation, try being prepared and look at it positively. Other ways are exercise, deep breathing and meditation. These activities can remove tension.
