Physical well being
Being healthy should be everyone’s number one priority. What do I mean by that? Above anything else, we should be thinking about our wellness. Balance diet and exercise are one of the few things to mention that we should do. Aside from the physical wellness, it will also give us mind wellness. As for me, every morning I jog and go to the gym to work out, and I made sure to eat the right food. I also take vitamins and supplements because as they say, prevention is better than cure. I also make sure to get rid of the bad stuff that can make my health worse.
There was one time that when I take one of the supplements that my friend referred me, I noticed that there’s a side effect. Although I feel that the supplement is working, I also noticed that my body and facial hair also grows faster than the usual. I quickly consulted my doctor about it and I was informed that there was a slight hormonal imbalance that happened on me. But I need not to worry, because I was informed that laser hair removal nowadays are very efficient and good. These procedure will lessen the hair grow and at the same time, I can still enjoy the supplement that I think it’s working for me.
